My name is Surekha Gomez and I reside in Perth Australia with my Husband Darran and our two daughters Aviana and Talia

I have over 18 years of progressive experience in Human Resources leadership roles within a diverse range of industries and geographical locations including Australia, Singapore, US, China , India and Sri Lanka. I am a seasoned professional specialising in HR Operations, HR strategy and Project Management. My career journey has been characterised by a relentless commitment to driving organisational excellence through strategic HR initiatives that prioritise people, culture, and performance.
